Everything Tudor Store Policies

All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Paypal (and credit card payments via PayPal) for all Domestic and International orders.

For orders to be shipped, send payments via PayPal to everythingtudor @ (remove the spaces). Through this service, you may choose for the payment to be made from your PayPal balance, your checking account, or a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are accepted via PayPal. Your payment will be made securely via their website, and I will receive email notification when your payment is complete. Once your payment is complete and the item is finished, it will be shipped.

All items are hand crafted and made to order. Because of the care and intricacy that goes into each item, we request that you allow up to four weeks for completion of all jewelry and accessory items, then an addition 3-5 business days for standard domestic shipping and 7-14 business day for international shipping. Shipping By:
We carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery. We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail and Priority International Mail. Domestic Shipping (in the USA) takes up to five days while International Shipping takes between 7-20 days (this depends on the mail service, not Everything Tudor. We will have your items in the mail by the time we say in the above section).
We have a flat shipping rate of $5.00 within the US and $12.00 for international orders. This is per order, not per item.

All shipping comes with Delivery Confirmation.

Express Shipping:
As stated above, we do offer express shipping, however this costs more. The price for domestic express shipping is $18.00. The price for international express shipping is $25.00.
Because our items are hand crafted, the shipping time will be in addition to the time we require to hand make each item. These types of orders are dealt with individually. Please inquire at everythingtudor @ (remove spaces).
Customs and Tax
Receiving goods from overseas may mean that you have to pay a customs charge or tax. It varies from place to place, and depends on your own country’s agreement with the country you are ordering goods from (the USA) and the value of the item. This is not included in your shipping costs, so please be aware.
Return Policy
We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee (beginning when the item is shipped). If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, we will repair it or replace it at no extra cost to you (including return shipping). If you have any complaint, contact us at everythingtudor @ (remove spaces) and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible, and to the best satisfaction of you, the customer.
If for some reason you do not like your item, simply return it unworn, unused and unaltered within 30 days of receiving it and contacting us. Once we have the item, you will receive a credit voucher to use in the store. To return an item, contact us at everythingtudor @ (remove spaces). You must contact us before you return the item so we can provide you with a return address, as well as know the package is coming. You will be responsible for return shipping on undamaged items. Please ensure that the item is in brand new condition and well-packaged upon returning it.

All returns must be done within the 30 Day Satisfaction Gaurantee Period (this means you must contact us and ship the item within this time frame).
