"The Tudor Child" - Clothing for the Littlest Tudors

As many of you may know, I am a huge fan of The Tudor Tailor. This well researched book has extensive resources on Tudor clothing, as well as patterns and step-by-step guides. (Read more about it here).

Now, the same team has developed The Tudor Child, a book on clothing worn by children from 1485-1625, which will be released at the beginning of March. To coincide with the book's release, an exhibition at The Weiss Gallery in London will be displaying reconstructed children's clothing alongside the original portraits which provided clues to their construction.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this fabulous event. If you are able to, please write in with some details!

Thanks to the Tudor Tailor team for informing me of this event and new release!

If you want more information, please visit The Tudor Tailor's website.
